These terms govern your use of Defanso. By using the service, you agree to them.
What Defanso is
Defanso analyzes your app store listing and predicts which App Store Review Guidelines could cause a rejection, with suggested fixes. It is a helpful tool, not legal advice.
No guarantee of approval
Defanso’s report is guidance, not a guarantee. Apple alone decides whether an app is approved or rejected, and its guidelines change frequently. A clean Defanso report does not guarantee approval, and we are not responsible for any rejection, delay, or loss related to your submission. Always review Apple’s official guidelines.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, no uploading of unlawful content, and no abusive automated access.
Service “as is”
Defanso is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Defanso and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost app-store revenue, arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; we’ll change the “last updated” date above. Continued use means you accept the current version.
